ARNIC to participate at IGF 2016 in Guadalajara, Mexico

ARNIC researchers will have a strong presence at the upcoming Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Guadalajara, Mexico (December 6-9, 2016). Prof. Hernan Galperin will co-lead a panel (with Prof. Christopher Yoo from UPenn) about evidence-driven policies for digital inclusion. Panelists include Alison Gilwald, Executive Director Research ICT Africa, Maria Elena Estavillo Flores, Commissioner at IFT (Mexican Telecommunications Regulator) and Alexandre Barbosa, Head of the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
