Hernán Galperin to Moderate Panel at Mobile World Congress Americas

Hernán Galperin (Research Associate Professor at USC Annenberg School of Communication) will be moderating a panel at the Mobile World Congress Americas—the biggest telecommunications industry event worldwide. The conference takes place in Los Angeles from September 12-14.
Dr. Galperin will be spearheading the panel as part of the Latin American Media & Convergent Services Summit. His panel, titled, “Paving the way towards convergent services – A regulatory and operational point of view” will discuss key regulatory challenges in quad play launch, as well as regulatory outlook for the region.
