During April and May of this year, Dr. V. Sridhar from the Centre for IT and Public Policy at the International Institute of Information Technology in Bangalore, India is visiting with ARNIC. Dr. Sridhar’s expertise is on telecom regulation and policy in India, such as data localization and spectrum policies. His most recent work addresses gig work and online hiring.
